Dort fragte ein Textportal-Betreiber\u00a0die Community nach ihren zentralen &#8222;Pain-Points&#8220;: \u201eWas sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass Sie einen Auftraggeber am liebsten in den Wind schie\u00dfen w\u00fcrden? Welche Schwierigkeiten beeinflussen Ihren Workflow?\u201c Das Feedback sollte ihm helfen, eine &#8222;Wohlf\u00fchl-Oase f\u00fcr Texter&#8220; zu etablieren und ihnen ein attraktives Gesamtpaket zu bieten. <!--more-->O-Ton: \u201eWer f\u00fcr mich schreibt, der soll Spa\u00df haben und sich voll und ganz auf das fokussieren, was er gerne macht.\u201c Es folgte eine Liste mit geplanten Ma\u00dfnahmen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; list-style-position: outside;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Online-Textkontrolle mit Rechtschreib- und Stilpr\u00fcfung<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">optisch gut greifbares Briefing<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Hilfecenter (Synonyme, passende Formulierungen,<br \/>\nSchreibratgeber)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Zeit-Stopper f\u00fcr die Kalkulation des &#8222;Stundenlohnes&#8220; und<br \/>\ndie Beurteilung der Wirtschaftlichkeit eines Auftrages<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">automatisierte Abrechnungen\/Gutschriften<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wohlf\u00fchl-Oase? Das klang nach Zeitarbeit 4.0 \u2013 f\u00fcr Hobbytexter mit Lernbedarf.<\/strong> Keine direkten Briefings, aber Direktzugriff auf Schreibratgeber? Sch\u00f6ne neue Texter-Welt! Ich konnte mir einen Kommentar nicht verkneifen. Darin stand, dass gute Texter mit hochwertigen Texten \u00fcberzeugen, die selbstverst\u00e4ndlich fehlerfrei, stilsicher und &#8222;unique&#8220; sind. Dass sie kein Korsett brauchen, sondern frei kreieren m\u00fcssen. Dass es nicht um Textl\u00e4nge, Wortpreise und Mittel zur Kontrolle geht, sondern einzig um Qualit\u00e4t, denn: \u201eTexten ist Handwerk \u2013 ein Kunsthandwerk. Und im besten Fall ist das Endergebnis ein k\u00fcnstlerisches Extrakt. (&#8230;) Als Senior-Texterin wundere ich mich immer wieder dar\u00fcber, dass es Wortpreise gibt. Da werden Texter nach Quantit\u00e4t bezahlt und zu Flie\u00dfbandarbeitern degradiert. Das ist l\u00e4cherlich und zeigt, wie wenig manche Menschen von Text verstehen.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>\u201eWohlf\u00fchl-Oasen\u201c und perfekter Work-Flow entstehen jenseits enger Kontrollsysteme \u2013 in einer Kultur des Dialogs, der Freiheit und des Vertrauens. Dort, wo kreative Energien ungehindert flie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen und man Texte nicht nach Masse, sondern Klasse bezahlt. In diesem Sinne, liebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen: Lasst euch nicht dr\u00fccken!
